Over the millenia these islands have changed hands from rulers such as the Greeks themselves, Ottomans, Persians, Byzantines, Romans and European Crusaders.

A half a day class which starts with a visit to a local street market with a chef to learn how to select the best ingredients and compose your menu. Then a short pleasant walk back to the school where you will work with the chef to create your gourmet lunch or diner with the fresh market products. After the lesson, lunch or dinner at the school where you enjoy the meal you have cooked with a glass of wine.
