French Market Classes

A half a day class which starts with a visit to a local street market with a chef to learn how to select the best ingredients and compose your menu. Then a short pleasant walk back to the school where you will work with the chef to create your gourmet lunch or diner with the fresh market products. After the lesson, lunch or dinner at the school where you enjoy the meal you have cooked with a glass of wine.

Duration: 4 hours. Morning: 9:30 to 13:30 / Afternoon: 16:00 – 20:00.  Minimum 4 participants.
Price : 150€ TTC

The Cave Saint Vincent is a wine shop and cellar in the 17 arrondisement with a laid ‎back ambiance. Each evening the locals and merchants of the ‘quartier’ meet ‎together to have an apperitif before going home.  Due to its popularity with the local ‎Parisians, you often find crowds outside on the pavement drinking together. ‎
